Develops and implements enterprise technology strategies, operational standards, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks supporting agency business operations and statewide compliance requirements.
Coordinates enterprise cybersecurity initiatives in partnership with the Information Security Officer (ISO) to ensure compliance with TAC 202, Texas Cybersecurity Framework (TCF), and statewide cybersecurity directives.
Oversees enterprise cloud modernization, infrastructure lifecycle management, network operations, telecommunications systems, identity and access management, endpoint security, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
Leads enterprise disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resiliency planning activities.
Oversees enterprise IT asset management, inventory accountability, hardware and software lifecycle management, and enterprise technology procurement coordination.
