Position OverviewThe Project Quotations team member is responsible for developing accurate, detailed proposals for strategic customers using lighting products represented by Texas Lighting.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously, and strong collaboration with Sales, manufacturers, and internal teams. While each team member manages an assigned portfolio of business, success depends on stepping in to support teammates when needed.
Key Responsibilities· Extract and interpret project documentation (plans, specifications, addenda, and customer requests) to build complete and accurate quotations.
· Prepare professional proposals that reflect thoroughness, organization, and attention to detail.
· Coordinate with manufacturers, distributors, and internal departments to confirm product specifications, pricing, and lead times.
· Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
· Act as a dependable extension of the Outside Sales team by supporting timely responses to customer inquiries.
· Proactively communicate updates, discrepancies, or challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
· Maintain organized project documentation and tracking systems to ensure clean handoffs and reliable follow-through.
· Step outside assigned projects when necessary to assist teammates and support overall team success.
