Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, dependable, and customer-focused Luxury Delivery Driver & Team Member. This role goes beyond standard delivery—you will represent our brand in the community, ensuring every floral arrangement and gift is delivered with care, presentation, and a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver floral arrangements and gifts promptly and safely throughout the Fort Worth area
- Provide a warm, professional, and memorable customer experience at every delivery
- Handle delicate and high-value arrangements with care and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- Assist in-store with basic shop duties, including prepping orders and supporting team operations
- Communicate effectively with designers and team members to ensure accurate deliveries
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous delivery, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle fragile items and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements and gift items
