Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and refine SEO, GEO, and LLM visibility strategies to improve our share in LLM response for our semiconductor portfolio.
- Defining the Unknown: Help us define new KPIs. Since traditional metrics (like immediate revenue) don't always capture the impact of AI visibility, you will help create the metrics that prove our success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: We depend on many teams for execution. You will act as the "bridge," communicating priorities and creating collaborative touchpoints with content, web, and engineering teams.
- Fail Fast & Learn: Propose bold, new ideas and testing protocols. We value the "positive failure", learning quickly from what doesn’t work to double down on what does.
- Data Storytelling: Analyze visibility scores and insights, making the data "speak" to stakeholders through clear, high-impact presentations and recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in SEO, GEO, LLM, Digital Strategy, or Data Analytics and Visualization with a proven track record of solving "unstructured" problems.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with LLM architectures, Search Engine algorithms, and web optimization strategies. Since LLMs rely on structured data, someone who understands how to make a website "readable" for a bot (using JSON-LD or Schema) would be a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Experience in GEO or a deep curiosity to lead in this specific space.
- Agile & Curious: You have a "startup" mindset within a large organization. You aren't waiting for a manual; you are writing it
- Data-Driven: You are comfortable with ambiguity but obsessed with data. You can find the signal in the noise of visibility scores.
- Proactive Communicator: You can influence teams you don’t manage and present complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
- LLM Industry thinker: you have a natural curiosity about the evolution of LLM and stay in sync with the search industry evolution.
- Customer experience mindset: You won’t just execute; you will provide the "human judgment" to ensure our prompts reflect customer needs. You can understand our customer design development journey and are curious about improving it asking question beyond the scope of the AI visibility team and teaming up with other members of the Digital Selling group.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
