Role Description This full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role is based in Greenville, TX. The technician will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems and controls, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, conducting preventive maintenance, calibrating controls, and completing service documentation. The role involves communicating with customers on service needs, timelines, and system performance, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer care. Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, including diagnosing and resolving HVAC system and controls issues.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC equipment.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, with clear communication and professional service at client sites.
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain), with solid understanding of safety, refrigerants, and regulatory requirements.
