Work location: Texas Health Frisco, 12400 N Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033
Work hours: Full Time Days (7:00am - 7:00pm) for 36 hours/week.
Three variable 12-hour day shifts per week, with weekend and holiday requirements
Medical Surgical Department highlights:
Beds Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit
PCT ratio 1:10 or 1:15
Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
The professional PCT exhibits understanding of basic human needs
Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth
Will float as needed between Medical Surgical and Surgical Inpatient units
Salary : $1,000 - $1,000,000
