Patient Care Tech (PCT) Emergency Department

Work location: Texas Health Plan, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093

Work hours: Full Time Nights (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) Three variable 12-hour night shifts for 36 hours/week with rotating weekend and holiday requirements

Emergency Department highlights:

  • Self-scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth,

  • Fast-Paced, high-volume department averaging 150 patients/day

  • Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team

  • The professional PCT exhibits understanding of basic human needs

Salary : $1,000 - $1,000,000
