Work location: 1300 West Terrell Avenue, Suite 400, Fort Worth, TX 76104
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Thursday, 7:30am – 5:00pm & Friday, 7:30am – 12:00pm
Travel: 25% to Alliance and Denton clinics as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
