Position Highlights:

·        Work location: 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104

·        Work hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm day shift only

Pharmacy position highlights:

  • Will function as allied health provider of medical staff with clinical privileges
  • Provide in-person comprehensive medication management under collaborative practice agreements for diverse populations
  • Provide telehealth medication management encounters for specialty pharmacy patients
  • Provide telehealth medication management encounters for chronic disease state patients
  • Precept pharmacy students and pharmacy residents

Salary : $1,000 - $1,000,000
