**$1,500 Sign-On for Eligible New Hires**
Work location: 6500 Sierra Drive, Suite 150, Irving, TX 75039
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Travel: 75% to surrounding clinics as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
Required travel between: Plano, Carrollton, Lewisville, The Colony, & Wylie
