We have an opening for an experienced Medical Assistant in our Women's Health office in north Fort Worth. We are looking for a qualified and flexible candidate to perform back office duties as needed by the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering patient calls
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Assisting with procedures
- Cleaning and stocking rooms
- Processing refills, pre-certifications, and referrals
- Scheduling procedures
- Performing lab work
- EHR charting
- Patient intake and vitals
- Various other clinical duties
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript
- Proficiency with NextGen EHR is a significant plus
- One or more years of experience preferred
- Ability to seamlessly transition between front and back office responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional patient care skills, with the ability to multitask
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
