Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), where your expertise will directly impact patient care and clinic efficiency. In this vital role, you will provide hands-on clinical support, manage medical documentation, and assist with patient intake and vital signs.
Duties
- Perform patient intake, including collecting medical histories and vital signs to ensure accurate records.
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments in the hormone and functional medicine spaces.
- Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and manage inventory to maintain a clean and efficient clinical environment.
- Document medical information accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and ensure compliance with medical documentation standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in medical office settings with strong knowledge of medical terminology, records management, and EMR/EHR systems.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new computer systems quickly; experience with PatientNow is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working with basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- A strong team player who is self-motivated, can prioritize tasks effectively, and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Sales experience is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
