What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Medical Assistant - OB position at Texas Health Care PLCC?
DUTIES:
A private healthcare company is seeking to fill a Medical Assistant opening in our women's health offices located in the Fort Worth Hospital District. This position will require applicants to schedule surgeries, clean and stock rooms, answer patient calls, handle referrals, injections, and phlebotomy, assisting with procedures and electronic documentation. NextGen experience is a plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have a medical assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript and experience in a medical office; OB preferred. Bi-Lingual applicants in English/Spanish is a must. Previous NextGen experience is a plus.
Position will be split working for a pool of physicians which will allow advanced learning opportunities. Applicants must have a valid TX DL and be flexible with their schedule and be welcoming of learning new things.
