Come join our Business Development/Outside sales team where we drive revenue growth by actively pursuing and expanding new business relationships across the energy industry marketplace.
This commission‑driven position drives revenue growth by developing new business and expanding existing LNG, lubricant, and oil & gas customer relationships. They will be covering key oilfield regions in Texas and Utah.
This position requires a revenue-driven sales professional, who has strong market awareness and the ability to build trust that converts into sustained, profitable growth.
Job Duties
- Boots on the ground visiting prospects and clients throughout the area as well as building and maintaining relationships via phone, ZOOM and other avenues to create opportunities.
- Promote our brand standards and follow through with sales to operations
- Locates new customer relationships by networking, cold calling, and outside sales.
- Develop relationships with potential new clients and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Closes new business deals by prospecting leads, developing and negotiating pricing, and closing sales and repeat order relationships.
- Value our commitment to the customer and maintain our confidentiality to the company and the client
- Grow market area and add value to the company and the client
Qualifications and Skills
- Selling & Closing Skills,
- Sales Planning and selling to customer needs
- Prior Fuel and Lubricant knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of the C&I market space.
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- 100% Travel required
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service and/or business development
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fuel and/or lubricant market
- Safe driving history
