Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Conduct inspections of commercial properties to evaluate pest control needs
- Create and present custom service proposals to business decision-makers
- Close contracts and meet/exceed monthly sales goals
- Serve a wide range of industries: restaurants, hotels, healthcare, schools, industrial facilities, and more
- Coordinate with the local Shreveport service team to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
- 1 year of outside B2B sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license, 3 years driving experience, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willing to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
