Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Minden is accepting applications for a retail account manager.
Position Overview:
The Account Manager (AM) is the primary Coca-Cola contact between Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of Minden, store managers, store owners, and other customers. The AM is responsible for maintaining customer relationships along with increasing sales by selling and ordering products within his or her sales territory. The AM will enhance the image of the company and its products to customers and consumers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
- Establish relationships with key contacts at customer outlets
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, maintain company assets and points of sale
- Ensure accounts meet Company merchandising standards
- Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements; sell in promotional programs
- Communicate account activities to appropriate parties
- Keep abreast of competitive activities
- Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or continuing basis
- Ensure that out of date or damaged or products have been pulled from sales floor
- Other duties as requested
This is local work within Webster and surrounding parishes and involves ordering and stocking non-alcoholic beverages in our customers' stores.
Bonuses
Monthly incentive pay up to $1,300.00 additional placements.
Quarterly performance bonus $2,000.00 if performance requirements are met.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
