Become a professional foster parent with Texas Family Initiative and receive up to $95,000 in annual compensation.
Professional Foster Parent Requirements:
TFI’s Ideal Candidate(s) for Professional Foster Parent:
Meet the needs of up to 3 children with complex needs.
Have a flexible work schedule and/or one stay at home parent.
Skills to be successful:
Open your home to children who need stability and safety.
Participate as an active member of the child’s treatment team and permanency planning.
Pass FBI Background Checks as well as State and Local checks.
Participate in pre-service training to become a Professional Foster Parent.
Benefits:
$1200 Monthly stipend in addition to child’s reimbursement (reimbursement may vary).
Staff support and on call to your home.
Specialized Training provided by our TFI Staff.
Assigned worker to your home, providing weekly face to face support.
Salary : $95,000
