Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities through organized support and efficient communication. Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Scheduling
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Maintain contact lists, call logs, and follow-up documentation
• Support internal workflows by preparing agendas and tracking tasks
Correspondence & Documentation
• Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications
• Organize digital and physical filing systems for records, reports, and contracts
• Receive and respond to calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional manner
Operational Support
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain efficient office function
Support onboarding processes through document preparation and orientation logistics
• Assist with travel arrangements, registrations, and event coordination as needed
Confidentiality & Continuity
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Provide support in maintaining compliance-related documentation and procedures
• Step in with cross-functional support during peak periods or staff absences
Qualifications
