What are the responsibilities and job description for the Competitive Gymnastics Coach position at Texas Dynasty Cheer & Gymnastics?
We are seeking a passionate, experienced individual to help coach our competitive gymnastics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sport gymnastics, and will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of athletes. In addition to coaching, the successful candidate for this position will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to policy, evaluating each individual's strengths and weaknesses and making appropriate recommendations for development.
Responsibilities:
- Coach students in our gymnastics team program. Will also assist in the recreational gymnastics classes and training team.
- Motivate students and encourage skill growth.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Work within a team of coaches and follow the department leader's guidance.
- Maintain professional credentials and continue with professional development opportunities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
