What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coach position at Texas Dynasty Cheer & Gymnastics?
We are seeking a passionate, individual to join our fun and energetic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sports of cheerleading, gymnastics, and tumbling, and will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of athletes. In addition to coaching, the successful candidate for this position will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to policy, evaluating each individual's strengths and weaknesses and making appropriate recommendations for development.
Responsibilities:
- Coach students in our departments of cheer, gymnastics, tumbling, ninja, and preschool.
- Motivate students and encourage skill growth.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Work within a team of coaches and follow department leader's guidance.
- Maintain professional credentials and continue with professional development opportunities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
