Role Description The Conservatorship Caseworker is a full-time, on-site role located in Round Rock, TX. This role is responsible for managing cases involving children in state conservatorship, including assessing safety and well-being, developing service plans, and monitoring progress toward permanency goals such as reunification, adoption, or guardianship. Daily activities include conducting home and placement visits, interviewing children, families, and caregivers, coordinating services with community providers, and documenting case activity in accordance with agency policy and state regulations. The caseworker collaborates with courts, schools, medical professionals, and other stakeholders, prepares written reports and recommendations, and participates in court hearings and multidisciplinary team meetings. The role also involves crisis response, timely decision-making, and advocacy to support the best interests of each child in care.

- Relevant skills and qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or a related field; familiarity with child protective services or public sector work; ability to manage a demanding caseload; and proficiency with electronic case management systems.
