Job Duties:This role helps manage the daily operations of the Commissary and Trust Fund, from setting goals and developing procedures to coordinating activities and keeping programs on track. You'll help plan schedules and priorities, review budgets, monitor spending, and support the team by supervising staff. The work is guided by moderate supervision, with some room to use your own judgment and initiative.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have experience leading commissary, warehouse, inventory, or retail operations; demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to supervise, coach, and develop staff; and have a background in managing budgets, inventory controls, purchasing, and overall operational performance. You should be comfortable analyzing data and using metrics to boost efficiency, reduce shrinkage, and strengthen accountability, and it's especially helpful if you're familiar with correctional operations, security procedures, or other highly regulated environments.
