What you'll do
- Review treatment plans daily and make sure they fit each patient’s needs
- Explain treatment options, next steps, and costs in a clear, caring way
- Help patients feel at ease, especially during financial conversations
- Work with the clinical team to coordinate care and speak up for patient preferences
- Track treatment progress and keep notes, referrals, and claims accurate
- Review the schedule and fill openings to keep the day productive
- Set up payment arrangements and help patients understand their insurance benefits
- Handle daily admin work like route slips, checklists, emails, and team meetings
