ABOUT THE Division
General description
Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to transforming how organizations create, manage, and share information. As an Enterprise Content Management System Analyst in Information Technology Division, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing digital content workflows and ensuring seamless integration between business processes and technology solutions. You’ll analyze user needs, design and implement content management strategies, maintain system performance, and support compliance and security requirements across departments. This position is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strategic insight- someone who can turn information into a long-term business asset while improving collaboration, efficiency, and data governance.
Work Hours
8:00 am. – 5:00 pm., 40 hour work week. Monday through Friday. May occasionally work evening, weekends, or holiday. Hours may change based on business needs. Application support activities periodically require on-call responsibilities or work during non-standard hours.
Teleworking may be considered if certain working conditions are met. The candidate must have permanent residency within the state of Texas and must be able to meet in office requirements, which can vary among different sections (i.e. report to office 1 day/month, 3 days/week, etc.). Travel reimbursements are not provided for teleworking.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
One (1) additional year of work experience in systems analysis, design, development and software application support may substitute for thirty (30) semester hours of educational requirement with a maximum substitution of 120 semester hours (four years).
Licenses/Certifications (Preferred):
Hyland OnBase or AnyDoc Certified Professional

Qualifications

- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree.
- Two (2) years’ work experience in systems analysis, design, development and software application support.
- Two (2) years’ work experience leveraging document management principles and supporting enterprise content management systems.
- One (1) year work experience as a developer and/or administrator with an enterprise content management system.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems.
- Experience with working an Agile development methodology, attending daily standups, delivering sprint objectives.
- Two (2) years’ work experience in the Hyland technology stack as a developer and/or administrator.

In this role you will:
Implementation and Configuration:
- Configures OnBase components, including Unity Forms and Workflows
- Develops and maintains integrations with other enterprise applications utilizing tools like APIs and web services
- Manages data and document retention policies
- Gathers requirements from the business to define functional needs, workflows, and integration points.
- Analyzes existing content and processes to design OnBase solutions that meet business objectives, sometimes migrating from other systems.
- Develops specifications, process maps, and other user stories for new solutions.
- Provides ongoing technical support to end-users, addressing issues and requests for new functionality
- Troubleshoots system and application problems using logs, diagnostic tools, and other resources
- Manages support tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Conducts application and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions function as expected
- Performs system upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing optimization
- Maintains detailed documentation for system modifications and updates
