What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: At least 2 years of insurance verification experience—your expertise will shine here!
- Customer Service Skills: You’ll connect with patients, insurance companies, and providers with clarity and professionalism.
- Tech Know-How: Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (EMR) and Availity is preferred.
- Problem-Solving: You can navigate the complex world of insurance with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
- Verify insurance benefits quickly and accurately.
- Communicate directly with insurance companies and patients over the phone.
- Request referrals from Primary Care Providers (PCPs).
- Submit and follow up on prior authorization requests.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure all insurance details are squared away.
- Help patients understand their coverage and guide them through the process.
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $19-$21/hour
