We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Software Delivery to lead our digital engineering organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in banking, digital product development, and a strong focus on AI, cloud-native architectures, and customer-centric digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale high-performing software engineering teams delivering next-generation digital banking platforms and AI-powered financial services. Drive the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions aligned with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, PCI-DSS). Partner with cross-functional leaders in product, design, risk, and operations to deliver seamless digital experiences for both retail and commercial banking customers. Define and execute a strategic technology roadmap focused on innovation in areas such as mobile banking, real-time payments, AI/ML, and cloud-native services. Champion Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices, ensuring rapid, reliable, and high-quality software delivery. Foster a culture of engineering excellence, continuous learning, and innovation across distributed teams. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations. Preferred Experience & Focus Areas Proven experience delivering AI-driven solutions, including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and personalized digital experiences. Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience leading cloud migration or cloud-native development initiatives. Demonstrated success in digital transformation programs, especially within regulated industries like banking or financial services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 12 years of experience in software engineering, with 5 years in digital product delivery and 3 years leading engineering managers. Strong background in banking technology, with a deep understanding of digital trends, compliance, and customer expectations. Expertise in modern software development practices, including Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
