Job Summary
Leads the team that designs, modifies, writes and implements software associated with the ACE Self Service platforms; and provides training and production support for installed applications.
Major Responsibilities
- Formulates and designs Mobile App, Web, and POS software system, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of
software. - Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Consults with other IS staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and
performance requirements of overall system. - May perform some technical systems design.
- Coordinates installation, software distributions and upgrades to ACE retail centers.
- Provides production support to field operations concerning maintenance of software system.
- Leads, oversees and directs the work of other team members.
- May perform special projects.
