Teller - North Longview

What you’ll need to be our Teller:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of basic math calculations, especially in relation to cash, bills, etc.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel
• Service-oriented and professional communication skills
• Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear communication
• Ability to effectively utilize resources available to accurately and efficiently solve problems
• Previous customer-facing work experience, preferred
• Cash handling experience, preferred
• A patient and accommodating team player, producing highly precise and accurate work

What you’ll do as the Teller:

• Execute transactions and other services with precision and efficiency
• Foster customer loyalty through personalized service and needs assessment
• Protect bank assets by diligently identifying potential fraud and adhering to security and compliance protocols
• Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge on bank products, procedures, services, and technology to enhance the customer experience
• Uphold high standards of security, confidentiality, and compliance in all banking operations
