Role Description
The Administrative Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Temple, TX. The Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating events, processing documentation, and responding to inquiries. Additional responsibilities include assisting with reporting, maintaining records, and providing support to department staff to ensure efficient office operations. The role requires collaboration within and outside the organization to meet department objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with administrative tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and draft professional correspondence
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address and resolve administrative issues efficiently
- Experience coordinating events, managing documentation, and maintaining records accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
