We’re currently seeking a Service Manager with experience in personal lines insurance to lead our client service team. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for operational excellence, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
Oversee day-to-day client service operations
Manage escalations and ensure timely, accurate client support
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Collaborate with sales and quality teams to align on client needs
Track and report key service metrics and performance data
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of insurance industry experience (personal lines required)
2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
Current Property & Casualty license (required)
Strong understanding of insurance systems (e.g., Hawksoft, Insuredmine)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
CIC certification is a plus
