We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role will manage a mix of Main Street and High Net Worth accounts within our growing book of business.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and service a diverse book of personal lines accounts, including affluent clients
- Provide exceptional client support by handling renewals, endorsements, billing, and policy reviews
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional coverage
- Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to ensure proper coverage placement
- Contribute to business growth through cross-selling and sales initiatives
- What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years insurance experience in an independent agency setting
- Proven experience managing accounts in the affluent/High Net Worth segment is preferred
- Knowledge of premium carriers such as Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati, Vault, and Pure is highly valued
- Familiarity with standard markets like Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, Nationwide, Sagesure, Swyfft, The Hartford, and Mercury
- Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
