TOK Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Project Coordinator to support our Engineering, Sales, and Production teams by preparing the documentation that drives every project through our manufacturing process.

This position is responsible for creating manufacturing work orders, generating production routers, preparing project data books, maintaining ERP information, and ensuring every project package is complete and accurate before being released to production. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and enjoys coordinating information across multiple departments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain manufacturing work orders within Global Shop Solutions (ERP).
  • Generate production routers and manufacturing travelers for fabrication.
  • Assemble complete project data books, including customer specifications, quality documentation, inspection requirements, certifications, and project records.
  • Verify project documentation is complete prior to releasing work orders to production.
  • Review purchase orders and project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and maintain accurate project information within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality Control to ensure projects are properly prepared for manufacturing.
  • Maintain organized electronic project files and manufacturing documentation.
  • Monitor project status and communicate documentation needs between departments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP processes and manufacturing documentation.
  • Ensure manufacturing documentation complies with internal procedures and customer requirements.
  • Assist with production scheduling by ensuring work orders and supporting documentation are complete and available for release.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing, production support, ERP administration, project coordination, or document control.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred

  • Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience using Global Shop Solutions (GSS) or another manufacturing ERP system.
  • Experience with manufacturing work orders, routers, travelers, Bills of Material (BOMs), and production documentation.
  • Experience in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
