Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in various landscaping tasks including tree care, plowing, landscape maintenance, mowing, tree trimming, and hardscape projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and beautifying landscapes by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Assist in tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal
- Participate in hardscape projects such as installing walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Dig trenches for irrigation systems or other landscape installations
- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning is desirable
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Note: This is a paid position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
