Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of operational/financial accounting experience
- Proficient in full-cycle accounting and transactional accounting flow
- Expertise in journal entries, account reconciliations, and corporate reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and variances
- CPA certification highly desirable
- Experience with IFRS standards
- Background in the distribution industry
- Familiarity with shared service models
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)
- Willingness to participate in potential travel to operating companies for training and insight
