Overview:

This position involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining the balance sheet and income statement, and tackling new challenges presented by our innovative Cash Reconciliation Automation Tool. As we onboard additional operating companies, your keen analytical skills and full-cycle accounting experience will be essential in navigating this exciting growth trajectory. Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of operational/financial accounting experience
• Proficient in full-cycle accounting and transactional accounting flow
• Expertise in journal entries, account reconciliations, and corporate reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and variances
  
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• CPA certification highly desirable
• Experience with IFRS standards
• Background in the distribution industry
• Familiarity with shared service models
  
  

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)
• Willingness to participate in potential travel to operating companies for training and insight
