- Monitor general mail box, background checks,
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding in Paylocity
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Keep hiring process organized and running smoothly.
