Strategy & Technology Operations Manager (CEO Office)

Orlando, FL | $100K–$120K Equity

This is not a Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or administrative coordination role.

We are hiring a technical operator to work directly with the CEO in a high-execution technology company.

You will act as a force multiplier to the CEO—bringing structure to ambiguity, driving execution across leadership and engineering teams, and ensuring critical initiatives move from strategy to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a technical extension of the CEO across priorities and execution
• Partner with CTO and engineering teams to unblock delivery and accelerate execution
• Translate ambiguity into structured plans, priorities, and outcomes
• Drive accountability and follow-through across executive and director-level teams
• Prepare CEO for key meetings and ensure execution on decisions
• Create structure for unowned or undefined business problems
  
  

What we’re looking for

• 4-7 years in consulting, strategy, business operations, or program/project management
• Experience in a technology / SaaS / engineering-driven environment (required)
• Strong technical fluency (comfortable in engineering and product conversations)
• High-structure, high-output operator mindset
• Strong executive presence with ability to challenge and influence senior leaders
• Technical degree strongly preferred (Physics, Engineering, Math, CS)
• MBA a plus
