This role offers an opportunity to oversee portfolios of interconnected projects across semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, advanced manufacturing, and data center environments while helping expand client relationships and drive long-term business growth.

As a senior leader, you will combine technical expertise, program management, financial oversight, and client leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale programs from planning and design through construction and closeout.

This position will work cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, construction, and project management teams to coordinate resources, manage program-level risks, and deliver integrated solutions. The Technical Program Manager will also play a key role in client management and business development, including identifying new opportunities, leading proposals and RFP/RFQ responses, supporting contract negotiations, and expanding long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will bring extensive AEC consulting experience, Professional Engineer licensure, and demonstrated leadership in the design and construction of technically complex facilities in semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D engineering, advanced manufacturing, and/or data center environments.
