Tetra Tech needs a full-time, Electrical Engineer in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia (live position, not proposal) for construction of 27 Acre New U.S. Embassy Compound (NEC) with State Dept. Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). Requires a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance.

- New Office Building (NOB) and Support Annexes (SPXs)
- New Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR) and Staff Housing
- Chief of Mission Residence (CMR)
- Compound Access Control (CAC) Facilities
- Utility Buildings, Vehicle Repair Shops, Structured Parking, and Recreational Facilities

Position Description
- Provide NEC project with full range of critical engineering and construction management oversight.
- Perform technical inspections of electrical work, monitor construction contractor's quality control program, and review project drawings to ensure compliance.
- Observe onsite construction and determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly.
- Monitor construction progress with regard to project schedule and submit weekly progress reports with recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field inspections.
- Candidates should have experience with high and low voltage equipment, telephone systems, and fire alarms systems.
Requirements
- US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher
- Must possess either a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from a U.S. institution; or
- An ABET-certified Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from a foreign institution, or
- An active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 7 years of on-site experience on Vertical Construction Projects.
- Prior work on overseas projects is preferred but not required.
