What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Agent position at Teton Valley Resort?

Typical Duties and Responsibilities, including, but not limited to the following:
- Greet guests in a welcoming and enthusiastic manner while processing guest arrivals and departures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to track room readiness, guests’ stay adjustments, and guests’ requests.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding room requests and maintenance.
- Utilize property management system to process reservations and guests’ purchases.
- Offer guests information about available services, points of interest, restaurant and excursion options, and the surrounding community.
- Keep informed of property, procedural notes, and staff announcements and provide appropriate communication when necessary.
- Respond to guest emails, phone calls, and online reviews.
- Offer assistance to guests and team members where needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
