About the Role:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Hotel Concierge to join our team at Hotel Two. As a Hotel Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for providing information about the hotel and its amenities, as well as local attractions and events. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable and positive experience during their stay with us.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Experience with Opera software
- Fluency in multiple languages
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
