Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction (residential interior, exteriors, decking and more)
- Ability to read plans, manage job flow, and keep projects on schedule
- Strong understanding of proper technique with a variety of tools to obtain measurements, cuts, installs and finish work
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional attitude and ability to communicate with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
- Must care about quality, cleanliness, and jobsite organization
