Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage store performance, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Duties
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards
- Manage all aspects of store staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and team development
- Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics to drive revenue and profitability
- Collaborate closely with HQ departments including Operations, HR, Finance, and Training
- Support new store openings and stabilization phases as needed
- May be requested to work in other locations from time to time
- Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license & work authorization
- 3 year of retail or store management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accountability, learning agility, and resilience
- Long-term career interest in retail management
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 base salary
