Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Expansion Associate to join our Store Expansion team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily research and communication with landlords, contractors, and vendors. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Research and communicate/negotiate (daily by phone/email) with landlords, contractors, and vendors to facilitate store openings, renovations, and relocations.
- Track, maintain, and process expansion project documents, including lease agreements, permits, and construction timelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the Store Expansion Manager and team.
- Assist in the budgeting and cost-tracking process for expansion projects.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, good at negotiation, quick to respond, able to solve problems independently, works efficiently, fast learner, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Some background or work experience in real estate, insurance, or legal concepts is preferred but not required.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Pay and Compensation
