What To Expect
The Workplace Operations Associate is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform hands-on tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility.
What You'll Do
Perform workstation and event setup and breakdown Conduct daily walkthroughs to check common spaces and reset furniture Manage new hire setups including IT inventory such as monitors, mice, and keyboards Handle ad-hoc requests such as desktop setups and relocations Assemble and install furniture while placing temporary signage Perform cable management and address general ticket requests Utilize forklifts for moving items and report cleanliness issues
What You'll Bring
1 years of relevant experience in a corporate, retail, or industrial/warehouse setting Ability to lift and/or carry or push up to 35lbs Advanced knowledge of building/installing furniture & partition grids Excellent listening, organizational, customer service & communication skills Strong work ethic, commitment to quality, & proven follow-through skills, a leader yet a team player Availability to work weekends/nights as needed in order to meet schedule demand Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

$20.20 - $48.72/hour cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
