What You'll Do
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, logical thinking, and deep knowledge of the construction process Proficient in commodity units of measurement, including square foot, linear foot, and cubic yards Skilled in using a camera and uploading photos Physically capable of walking or standing for extended periods on construction sites Possesses technical construction expertise, with the ability to track quantities and understand project milestones Adept at identifying incorrect contractor reporting and collaborating with disciplines like Construction, Engineering, and Quality Maintains proper record-keeping and delivers accurate, timely reporting
What You'll Bring
8 - 10 years of experience in construction or a specific construction commodity Good communication skills and ability to understand construction documents Use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Ability to manage time, prioritize workloads and organize efficiently
