What You'll Do
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine operational improvements and update business processes Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technical viability of proposed changes Structure pilots, track metrics, iterate, and scale solutions to enhance customer happiness and operational efficiency Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep-dive reporting to uncover actionable insights Work with the Business Intelligence team to design reporting tools aligned with business needs Partner with training teams to educate users on process changes and system updates Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver projects across North America Support teams
What You'll Bring
Managing cross-functional projects in a global, customer-facing organization (preferably automotive, hospitality, or tech) Proven ability to build and sustain a customer-centric culture Strong attention to detail, with a track record of managing multiple projects under competing priorities Self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams through ambiguity Comfortable with Excel and Tableau; experience with data analysis and reporting Familiarity with methodologies and a history of successful implementation Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes
