What You'll Do
Management of the planning, procurement, execution and close-out of mechanical systems, including process systems, HVAC and plumbing Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Experience as a Project or Construction Manager on industrial, manufacturing or commercial construction projects Proven experience in the areas of process piping, wet and dry systems, plumbing and other mechanical systems associated with manufacturing facilities Knowledge of mechanical codes and standards, including ASTM, ASHRAE and ASME Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
