What You'll Do
- Management of the planning, procurement, execution and close-out of 480V and under electrical power distributions systems
- Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved
- Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs
- Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates
- Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams to plan, execute and close-out work scopes
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Project or Construction Manager on $50M industrial, manufacturing or commercial construction projects
- Individual must understand electrical discipline wiring diagrams, control logic diagrams, single-line drawings, schematics, electrical equipment layout and be able to perform cable sizing calculations
Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards NFPA or ANSI/IEEE
Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight schedules and aggressive goals
Proficiency in Construction baseline development, change control, cost/schedule performance and variance analysis
