What You'll Do
Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders on refurbishment hub operations Work closely with corresponding Tesla Analyst– ensuring open communications, and a complete understanding of all internal processes and procedures Act as a liaison for off-site analysts with third-party logistics carriers, and refurbishment management Collaborate with local Tesla Refurbishment team to identify and mitigate local logistics concerns. Including on-site vehicle management/movement Assess vehicle readiness, using basic to intermediate automotive mechanical knowledge, on both inbound and outbound movements. Coordinating directly with internal teams to address concerns and minimize delays through on-site processing Thorough recording and subsequent reporting of discrepancies in process, quality, in both internal and external providers
What You'll Bring
2 – 5 years in Supply Chain and Yard Management experience and evidence of exceptional ability Ability to work extended hours and weekends contingent on business needs Ability to travel to various Tesla locations as needed up to 20% of the time Access to reliable transportation to navigate between different Tesla sites Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel and other database systems Ability to sit and or walk 8-10 hours per day. Must be willing to work in weather conditions
