What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application:

This position is expected to start August or September 2026 and continue through fall term (ending approximately December 2026) or continuing into Winter/Spring 2027 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

This team includes a Warranty Compliance Specialist, Regional Technical Trainers, Front of House Service Advisor Trainers, and Mobile Tire Operations.

What You'll Do

Pulling data for the team to help identify where to focus training and compliance efforts, as well as pulling data for local teams on outstanding OLTs that need to be completed

Building out reporting to demonstrate the training team’s impact and measurable results, including ROI

Learning Mobile Tire operations and helping drive improvements in throughput and efficiency

Exploring how AI tools can be leveraged to significantly multiply the impact of Program Management

Assist with developing and launching new products and processes that drive customer experience and improve brand loyalty

Assist in gathering and evaluating data to streamline existing service processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

Work closely with Service Program Manager Service Management, Service and Parts teams to align strategies and goals

Aid with processes to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices to identify new product opportunities

Assist in conducting data analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement and provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management
